We supply A Rated White Rehau uPVC windows on a supply-only basis. All products are manufactured to order to your specified dimensions. Prices shown include a PVC window sill. Installation is not included unless separately agreed in writing.
All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling. Prices are based on the dimensions you enter and are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before accepting your order.
Free delivery is available on orders over £1,450 to London and South East addresses. Other areas are subject to a delivery charge based on your postcode, shown at checkout. Free collection is available from our West London depot (UB7 7HQ). Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Islands is available on request.
Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding order. An order is confirmed only when we have contacted you, you have approved the final specification, and payment has been received. We will acknowledge receipt of all quote requests within one business day.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the measurements provided are accurate. We manufacture windows to the exact dimensions specified. We accept no liability for windows that do not fit due to incorrectly supplied measurements.
Estimated lead times will be confirmed at the time of order. Typical manufacturing lead time is approximately 2 weeks from receipt of payment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
All deliveries are kerbside only. Our driver will deliver to the nearest safe and accessible point outside your property. The customer is responsible for moving goods inside. We do not carry windows into buildings or up stairs.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon receipt of full payment. You must inspect all goods at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Damage not noted at the time of delivery will not be accepted unless it constitutes a concealed defect reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence. Our liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to costs of installation, removal of existing windows, or delays to building works. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
