Please allow your order to be confirmed as ready before collecting. We will contact you when your windows are available for pickup.
All windows are manufactured to order. Typical lead time is approximately 2 weeks from payment. We will confirm your expected delivery or collection date when your order is placed.
All deliveries are kerbside only. Our driver will deliver your windows to the nearest safe and accessible point outside your property — typically your driveway, pavement, or building entrance. The customer is responsible for moving windows inside.
We do not carry windows into buildings, up stairs, or through internal doorways. Please arrange for help to be available when your delivery arrives, as double glazed window units can be heavy.
You must inspect all windows carefully at the time of delivery, before signing the delivery receipt. Any visible damage (scratches, chips, cracks, broken glass) must be noted on the delivery receipt. Do not sign for damaged items without noting the damage.
Concealed defects (e.g. sealed unit failure) must be reported within 24 hours with photographs to info@glazingquoter.co.uk. Damage reported after signing without notation will not be accepted. See our full Returns Policy for details.
Delivery to Scottish Highlands (IV, KW, PH, HS, ZE postcodes), Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Man (IM) and Isle of Wight (PO30–PO41) is available on request. Please call us on 0800 861 1450 or email info@glazingquoter.co.uk for a delivery quote to these areas.
