We track monthly order volume on a rolling 12-month average. Thresholds:
Discount tier is reviewed quarterly. If you genuinely order at a higher tier, we auto-upgrade with no admin on your side. If you temporarily fall below threshold (e.g. seasonal trade dip) we give 3-month grace before tier adjustment — we know construction isn't linear.

Annual volume = 60 windows, averages to 5/month. Below Tier 1 threshold but we can flex — discuss with account manager and we'll typically offer Tier 1 rates on a project-by-project basis based on the consistency of the book.
Single-project order of this size triggers Tier 2 pricing (10% discount) for that project, even without rolling monthly volume history. Delivery scheduled in 2-3 batches to match plot handover dates.
