We're based in London — our head office is on Ballards Lane in North Finchley and our UK manufacturing partner is in West London. London is our home market and we price and deliver here accordingly.
You have three ways to receive windows in Greater London:
Every London postcode is inside our £69 flat-rate delivery zone (and free if your order exceeds £1,450). No surcharges for congestion charge, no ULEZ surcharges, no "extra-mileage" fees bolted on at checkout.
Outside the M25 but still in our London delivery zone: SL (Slough), GU (Guildford), RH (Redhill) and RG (Reading) — all treated as London-zone delivery at £69.
Classic London Victorian terraces typically have tall narrow window openings — usually 900-1200mm wide and 1400-2000mm tall. The most authentic replacement style is our Top Hung with Top Hung Transom (Tall) which mimics the original sliding sash proportions without needing expensive heritage sash mimicry. Available up to 1300mm wide x 2400mm tall to match almost any Victorian opening.
Edwardian bay windows usually have 3-light front-facing configurations in the bay with single-lights on the side returns. Our 3-Light with Transoms (Wide) is designed specifically for this proportion — 1400-2400mm wide, with a traditional transom bar maintaining the period look.
1930s semi-detached housing is the largest single building type in Greater London. Typical front elevations have 2-light or 3-light wide windows with a splayed bay — our 2-Light Fixed & Side Hung and 3-Light Side Hung & Fixed styles are the common replacements, typically 1200-2000mm wide.
Post-war mid-rise blocks often have standardised window sizes around 1200-1500mm wide. Our Top Hung and 2-Light configurations cover the usual retrofit sizes without needing custom manufacture.
Modern London flats typically have aluminium-framed windows fitted by the developer — our supply-only service is most useful when a leaseholder needs to replace a single unit that's failed or when doing a full internal renovation.
Our delivery van is ULEZ compliant. We deliver into Central London without an ULEZ or Congestion Charge surcharge applied to your order. Collection from West London is outside the ULEZ zone entirely if you prefer to collect in a non-compliant vehicle.
A London-specific tip: if you live in a conservation area (there are 1,000+ in Greater London), check with your borough's Planning Portal before replacing windows. Most London conservation areas accept like-for-like uPVC replacement without consent, but some require heritage-style sash or timber alternatives. Camden, Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea and Islington have stricter controls than outer boroughs.
